Flamingos have webbed feet.
[Three flamingos standing on the ground.]

The ruffled feathers of squabbling flamingos
[A multitude of flamingos poking at each other.]

Bear is under the leafy tree.
[Simulated rock habit with real trees. Bear is very small in the image as I took it for the habitat since it reminded me of the simulated rock climbing walls in a gym.]

Lounging lions
[Two lions lie on the simulated stone ground near a simulated stone wall. One is licking its nose while the other appears to be yawning (mouth open and eyes closed).]

One of the many aquarium displays
[One fish with spotted fins swiming among coral.]

Young giraffe is approximately 16 months old.
[Young giraffe and its mother.]

This gorilla was done staring at the zoo visitors.
[Back side of a gorilla going through the very tall grass.]

This koala looked like a moving stuffed animal.
[Koala standing on a tree branch holding a thick offshoot branch.]

A different koala taking a nap.
[Koala's head, with its eyes tightly closed, rests on a tree limb as does its left arm. The right arm hangs down giving a side view which makes its claws quite visible.]

One lizard using the other as a pillow.
[Both lizards are light tan. One is resting its head on a rock while the rest of its body curves down the slant of the rock and then across the pebbles on the bottom of the acquarium. Its left arm is visible as it hugs the edge of the rock. A second lizard has its head across the body of the first lizard down where it is laying across the pebbles.]

Galapagos tortoise
[A huge tortoise.]

Toucan
[A mostly black toucan with a colorful beak.]
