A view from Many Glacier Road
[Short light green trees are in the foreground. Behind it is a very tall and wet rocky mountain. There is greenery on the lower quarter of the mountain, but the rest is nearly all rock face.]

Many Glacier Lodge was home for a night for me.
[A view across a body of water at a five-story mountain chalet type brown building with a light-color roof. Beside and behind the building are very tall mountains. Mists cover a portion of the mountain behind the building.]

Many Glacier Lodge sits on the shore of Swiftcurrent Lake.
[In the foreground is a large expanse of water. The huge lodge looks like a tiny toy building compared to the mountains beside it and less than half the mountain height is in the photo.]

Swiftcurrent Falls
[This is a multi-level waterfall. At the top is a narrow section of falls which then widens as it runs across a near-level section of land. A second falls section is in several parts as all the water runs across a short drop then it funnels through three holes in the rock as it drops the next section to a pool of water.]

All of Swiftcurrent Falls (The portion of the falls in the prior photo is in the upper left section of this image.)
[There are at least four more sections of the falls beyond the ones described in the prior photo. Rather than one large falls, this one is a series of drops which meander back and forth down the hillside.]

A view from Apikuni Falls trail
[The mountain with its top visible on the right is a large tan rock. There is also a large tan rock on the right, but in the backround on the right and center is a mountain which appears to be red rock. There is a bank of mist-cloud atop the red rock. The foreground is a lot of evergreens.]

Another view from Apikuni Falls trail
[There are two wedges of mountain which stick out side-by-side. They are huge. The far mountain has dustings of snow across the top sections.]

This is part of the upper section of Apikuni Falls.
[A thin ribbon of white water runs down a very tall rock face. The rock right around the water area is a darker brown than the rock further out.]

This is the lower section of Apikuni Falls.
[The water seems to come out of the rock at the top of this image and goes back and forth acros the rock before dropping into a small pool. The are huge amounts of fragmented exposed rock in this image.]
