Eurasian crane
[Crane with greyish-white feathers and a skinny neck has its head turned to look at something behind it. This is a side view and the crane has white and red patches on its head.]

Eurasian crane settling its wings after being disturbed by a passerby (not me!).

Black-necked crane
[Crane with a black head, neck, and tail feathers with the rest of the feathers whitish-grey. It's head is turned toward its backside.]

Brolga crane

Wattled crane

Didn't find the name for this, but I found it interesting.
[Small, light-purple bloom with many spiny-like petals radiating from it.]

Pink Phlox
[Many dark-pink blooms on one leafy green stem.]
