Dromedary camel
[Close up of camel looking straight at the camera. Only the left eye and ear are visible as it appears the camel is looking at us down its nose.]

The same camel lets us know the grass is tastier on the other side of the fence.
[One hump camel has its head through the face eating the grass outside the enclosed area. Mostly dirt in the enclosed area.]

African Painted Dog resting its eyes.
[Dog with a variegated coat - tan with black, wavy stripes and white markings is lying on the ground with its head upright and looking at the camera.]

Addax (Native to North Africa and critically endangered.)
[Deer-like animal with long twisted horns rising several feet from its head. It's hide is white with a few brown splotches on its head, nose, and throat area.]

Pronghorn (The only land mammal faster than the pronghorn is a cheetah.)
[This animal resembles a deer except it has much skinnier legs and a much wider nose-snout. This is a back right side view so its short tail on its white rump is visible, but its short horns are not. The animal is mostly brown except for the rump, part of the side and the lower half of its face which are all white.]

White-nosed Coati (a relative of racoons)
[The head and upper body of a furry animal which is the size of a small dog. It has very short ears and a long snout which has a white section in between the black nostril area and the rest of the face. The animal is light brown and tan.]

Black-tailed prairie dog (a member of the rodent family)
[The furry brown animal stands on its hind feet with its short front feet sticking out and its short tail lying on the ground behind it. It's facing left so we only get a side view of the animal.]

Red Kangaroo resting in the grass. This is the largest of the nearly 60 species in the kangaroo family.
[Kangaroo resembles a very long-bodied dog lying in the grass. Its hind legs are out to the side and not under it like a dog would do.]

Giant Anteater on the move (Seen through a fence.)
[Furry animal with a long, hose-like nose and a very long-haired tail walking on the grass. It fur has some variegated stripes on it.]

Male giraffe at feeding station
[The head and upper part of the neck are visible near the bars of the feeding trough. The spot pattern from the neck continues only on part of the face as the area around the eye is solid color.]

Southern White Rhino with its keratin (same material as human fingernails) horns
[Face of a rhino inside the rhino barn (in a cage). It has two very long horns sticking out of its forehead and nose area. The horns appear to be several inches in diameter and up to a foot long.]

Different white rhino taking an outside stroll before returning to the rhino barn.
Garage door is open so they are free to go in and out.
[Rhino walking in the grass. This one has shorter, but thicker horns. A hump can be seen just above the neck area.]

This is the foot of a greater one-horned rhino.
[One foot with three 'nails' visible. The nails are grey with a thin white edging near the skin. The skin has very deep expansion segments making it appear it would feel rough.]
